Automatic tube filling and sealing machine:

• Designed for liquid and semi-liquid products (creams, gels, pastes, emulsions)
• Handles aluminum, polyethylene, and laminate tubes
• Mechanical capacity: up to 90 cycles/min
• Rotary table with 12 slots - automatic feeding, filling, sealing and ejection of tubes

Sealing system:

• PE/laminate tubes - hot pliers or hot air
• Aluminum tubes - bending (single, double or “saddle”)
• Possibility of coding and knurling tubes
• Stainless steel construction (parts in contact with the product made of 316L steel)
• Intuitive touch panel, easy format adjustment
