Dosing System

The capsule filling machine is equipped with a dosing system allowing adjustment of the amount of product being dosed and its compression. The product hopper is equipped with a vibrator to support uniform feeding of the material into the dosing system.

Compression can be adjusted within a range of 0–10 mm, with a standard compression setting range of 0–3 mm.

Vacuum and Pneumatic System
