Right of Withdrawal

In B2B transactions (i.e., between companies), the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days, as is the case for consumers, does not apply by law. In specific cases involving the sale of standard, repeatable products that were neither specially ordered nor custom-made, we may voluntarily grant the business partner such a right, either fully or partially, under the conditions set out below.

Right of Withdrawal (for Buyers Conducting Business Activities)

The Seller may, on a voluntary basis, grant a business Buyer the right to withdraw from a concluded sales agreement without giving a reason, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The Buyer informs the Seller in writing (including by e-mail) of their intention to withdraw from the contract no later than 7 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods;
  2. The goods are returned at the Buyer’s expense, in unchanged, complete, and undamaged condition, in the original packaging, within 7 days from sending the withdrawal notice;
  3. The goods have not been used or installed and show no signs of use;
  4. The goods were not custom-made or modified according to the Buyer’s specifications.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse acceptance of the return if any of the conditions above are not met.

After receiving and positively verifying the condition of the goods, the Seller will refund the Buyer an amount corresponding to the value of the goods, minus any handling costs or restocking fees (if specified in the offer). The refund will be made within 14 business days.

If the goods were delivered due to the Seller’s error (e.g., wrong model or quantity), the Buyer is obliged to contact the Seller immediately. In such cases, the Seller bears the cost of the return or replacement of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to special order or according to individual specifications
  • Consumable or single-use products after they have been opened
  • Electronic devices once unpacked if they cannot be resold as brand-new

The provisions of this section do not limit any other rights of the Buyer arising from warranties or statutory guarantees if they have been expressly granted in the agreement or product documentation.
