Features

The SOLIDPACK LPA101 automatic packaging line is designed to form product packs, wrap them in shrink film and shrink the film in a heat-shrink tunnel. The machine operates continuously, with the packaging process carried out automatically after the pack has been formed and pushed into the wrapping section.

The modular design allows the machine to be configured according to the user's requirements. Quick pack format changeover makes it particularly suitable for short production runs and packaging products of different dimensions.

Equipment

• Microprocessor controller – allows the operator to set operating parameters, monitor production, fault and service messages, and track the number of completed cycles and packaging output.

• TP20 shrink tunnel module – equipped with an upper heating unit, a roller discharge table and a mesh belt conveyor. It features a hot-air distribution system, a chamber cooling function and solutions designed to ensure uniform film shrinkage.

• PAm001 wrapping module – equipped with upper and lower film feeding units, a sealing system and a system for detecting obstructions between the sealing jaw and the pressure bar.

• PAmf01 pack-forming module – equipped with a plate and a pneumatic pusher.

• Pneumatic components and electrical equipment from reputable manufacturers.

• SOLIDPACK powder-coated finish, RAL 7032.
