Kegel Filling and Capping Line 

We offer for sale an integrated technological line for filling and capping bottles with liquids, purchased in 2021 from the renowned company Kegel. The line consists of two devices: the YT-8 ATEX automatic filling machine and the XGZ-1 ATEX automatic capping machine, combined into one production system.

The technical condition of the machines is impeccable, the device works best with doses above 50 ml.

Application:

• Production of alcohol-based liquids (ATEX compliant)
• Plastic bottles with plastic atomizers
• Filling and capping of small and medium volumes (10–100 ml)

1. YT-8 ATEX automatic filling machine

Description:
Filling machine for liquid products, equipped with 8 dosing heads, with adjustable dose and operating speed. It has its own conveyor belt and can operate independently or in line with a capping machine, labeling machine, etc.
