The UNILOGO COSMOLINE 30 is a production line designed for dosing liquid products into containers, applying sealing liners and closing containers with caps.

The machine is equipped with a dual-head piston dosing unit with servo drives, a two-stage liner application station, a vision inspection system for verifying correct liner placement, and an automatic cap feeding system. The servo-driven capping unit provides precise tightening with torque control.

Line Components

• Liner application station – A two-stage system for applying sealing liners to containers. The first stage picks up a liner from the magazine and pre-heats it onto the container. The second stage provides additional heating to complete the application process.

• Vision inspection station – Checks that the sealing liner has been correctly applied to the container.

• Capping station – A servo-driven chuck capping unit with torque control. Caps are automatically fed onto the capping conveyor.

• DV piston dosing unit – A pneumatic, dual-head piston filler for liquids, with a dosing range of 25–250 ml, servo-driven dosing control and a 30 L buffer tank.

• Infeed rotary table – A 900 mm diameter rotary table designed to feed containers into the line.

• Automatic UNILOGO cap sorter – A gravity/ladder-type cap sorting and feeding system, MAX version, equipped with its own control system and a low-cap-level sensor. It automatically orients and feeds caps onto the capping conveyor.
