The Laser/Vision Station
machine from Unilogo is used for laser marking of products and automatic quality control of the process. The device performs: laser marking, verification of the correctness of the marking, control of the precision of label application, and rejection of products that do not meet the defined quality criteria.
The machine automatically separates the packages and then precisely positions each of them in the turntable assembly. The product is marked in a predetermined place on the label. The vision system controls the correctness of the process by checking the presence of the print and measuring the difference in height between the beginning and end of the label.
Products that meet all quality criteria are allowed to pass, while non-compliant products are automatically rejected. The device is highly automated and designed to operate at a capacity of up to 20 pieces per minute.
