Waterfall-Type Sorter

Machine Purpose

The machine manufactured by Unilogo is designed for sorting packaging closures. The sorter is equipped with format parts enabling the sorting of the packaging types shown in the listing photos.

Each type of packaging is closed with a dedicated type of closure.

The device is highly automated and allows the time required for changeovers and replacement of format parts tailored to a specific package to be minimized.

The machine is equipped with interchangeable format parts. The drive system is electric and pneumatic, and control is carried out via a programmable microprocessor controller (PLC).

Thanks to its modular design, the machine can be retrofitted at any time during operation with format parts adapted to a new product.

A full hopper load ensures approximately 4 hours of operation at a capacity of up to 30 pieces per minute.

The machine is brand new and has never been used.
