This complete processing and packaging line is designed for the automatic filling of powdered and granulated products into glass jars, followed by automatic capping, tamper-evident sleeve application, quality inspection, and secondary packaging of finished products.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INDIVIDUAL LINE STATIONS

1. PRECI ATOLLO R24 Automatic Filling Machine

The PRECI ATOLLO R24 is an automatic continuous-motion filling machine designed for the precise dosing of powdered and granulated products into containers. Thanks to its 24 filling heads and automated container handling system, it ensures high throughput and excellent dosing accuracy, making it ideal for packaging spices, herbs, and other food products.

2. ZALKIN Automatic Capper for Spice Jars

The ZALKIN automatic capper is designed for the precise capping of glass containers filled with powdered products. The machine ensures stable jar handling, accurate container positioning, and highly repeatable capping performance, making it ideal for spice, herb, and other food packaging lines.

The capper operates in conjunction with the conveyor system, providing a smooth product flow between the filling machine, quality inspection system, and subsequent packaging stations.

Conveyor System Configuration

The capper is equipped with a complete container conveying system consisting of:

main conveyor, 2,000 mm long,
infeed conveyor, 1,508 mm long, equipped with a switch and support leg,
protective cover for open containers on the infeed conveyor,

3. XT Vision Vision Inspection System

The XT Vision XT-360.6C Vision Inspection System is designed for the automatic quality inspection of jars after the labelling process. The system verifies correct label application, detects packaging defects, and automatically rejects non-conforming containers from the production line. In the event of recurring defects, the system can block the infeed to the labeller, preventing further production of defective products.

4. Clever Machines Automatic Sleeve Applicator

The Clever Machines automatic sleeve applicator is designed to apply transparent tamper-evident shrink sleeves to jar closures. After sleeve application, the containers pass through the integrated shrink tunnel, where the sleeve is evenly shrunk to provide a secure and professional package finish.

The final stage of the process is the PABLO UNILINE AU-10-TA-R TF600×400×1500 automatic secondary packaging line, designed for product grouping and shrink wrapping of multipacks. The system automatically creates transport packs, ensuring high productivity and an attractive finished package suitable for storage and distribution.

UNILINE automatic packaging line,
